Issues Discussed:
Team Administration
- Deepak has setup booked room in ICCS X239 at 12-1 PM on every Wednesdays
for the entire term’s TA meetings.
- Add TA to Google doc with TA Email: deepakazad@gmail.com
- Add Triple Triple Repository link to the website
- Update Project Site with minutes link for David and Sean’s Tuesday Meeting
Important Dates
- DEADLINE – ALL SRS section must be proof-read and posted on the Google Doc by
next Monday (FEB 3rd) before the Meeting with Sean.
- The room is not yet booked for Monday, since we did not receive confirmation
from Sean. Jon will check with other groups to see if they need a meeting next week
as well so that they can all be schedule on Monday as preferred by Sean. The room
would be booked from 11-1:30, the meeting will be scheduled at 12-1:30 PM on Monday
(FEB 3rd) with Sean.
SRS/Scrum
- David reports to TA regarding SRS section assignment. Each team member reports
their sections that they have worked on during the week.
- Section draft needs to be added to the Google doc as separate docs, rough draft
needs to be complete by Friday.
- TA notes that we have to write down deadlines when change requests for a certain
aspect of the system by either the TA or Client where we will decline the change request.
The choice of accepting the change request will be decided by the project lead.
- Jon will send Sean an email regarding perform requirements of the system. He’ll get
back to Matthew as soon as he can.
- Technical questions will be sent early to Sean so he can receive feedback if needed
from Jason.
- Admin Features Sections will be assigned to Phattrick. It is decided now since Sean
newly added this section on Monday.
- TA suggests that we list obligation labelled with (MUST, SHOULD, MAY). We need to
estimate the hours needed to complete "promised" features
- MUST must be done and SHOULD should be achieved to a certain degree but cannot be
completely left out.
- Feel free to come find the TA for review or questions regarding the SRS. Send him an
email for appointment at his lab.
Project Plan
- TA suggests early planning
- Rough estimates will be needed especially with unfamiliar skills (Ex. PHP)
